Greetings!
I bring to my clients a wealth of experience and information on healing. My base modality is the Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. It treats acute and chronic pain with lasting results. I offer a 7 session series based solely on this modality. 
I also combine parts of the advanced NMT in my regular sessions with other massage modalities. I've found that integrating energy therapies to be beneficial and sessions can include this or be the primary technique. Recently, I've found the Cranial Sacral Therapy as a relaxing release of deeply held tension in the skeletal, fascia, muscular systems and as an emotional release.  Recommended treating trauma.
Through my 30 years as a healing arts practitioner; if the modality helped me, I would train in it and offer it to my clients.

Aromatherapy,       2022 Cupping,    2024 Dr Amen's Brain Health Certification , Cranial Sacral Therapy. 

I focus on helping my clients to get better and to sustain a balanced level of health and wellness!                                

I've worked with all age groups from the very young (pre-natal) to the frail elderly (hospice). Conditions to include: sports injuries, Motor Vehicle accident injuries, pre and post surgery, stress relief, and Alzheimer's. I've worked in assisted living facilities, with chiropractor, ski resorts and maintain a private practice. 

I also offer services as a medical intuitive and psychic medium.
